Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. boxes.

When your order ships

Orders are packed and mailed within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, not counting federal holidays). 

How long delivery takes

We ship with USPS. Once mailed, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Delivery times are the carrier's estimates, not guarantees.

US Express is sent by a faster USPS service once your order is packed. It doesn't shorten the 3–5 business days we need to pack it. The options and costs for your address are shown at checkout.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

If your order is delayed

If we can't ship within 3–5 business days, we'll email you before that time is up with a new shipping date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Check your address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we'll contact you, and you'll need to pay the postage to send it again.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 business days, contact us and we'll work with USPS to find it. If it's lost, we'll send a replacement or a full refund. If your order arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy.

Local pickup

We plan to sell in person at markets and art shows in the Phoenix area. Pickup can also be arranged: enter your address at checkout, then select a pickup option under Shipping method.

Sales tax

Sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it.
